Me-Ommmmm! It's been a busy week so far getting back to my regular yoga and meditation hourly practices after Speedy's Pirate Pawty, but Brofur Ku has been even busier! He's been working very hard to promote his book, Kuruk: The Little Bear That Could One Rescue Pup's Journey of Healing, so he can raise money for animal rescue organizations. He's been taking Mama and sisfur Nalle to pet stores to leave some of his business cards, he gives his cards out to other pups on their walks, and he's on tour around the blogosphere. Me-Ommmmm! I'm so excited because Speedy the Cheeky House Bunny is having a Pirate Party! Me-Ommmmmm!

There's lots of yummy food and drink, so come on over!

I'll be there with my peaceful presence. Brofur Ku should be there too, but as we were preparing for the party, we discovered that our city was being invaded by marauding pirates! Today is National Pet Memorial Day. Today I mediate on sending light and love to all those who have lost a pet, and to the pets waiting for their loved ones by the Rainbow Bridge.

Back From My Yoga Retreat!

Me-Ommmmm! I'm back from my intensive yoga retreat! It was very challenging. I practiced nearly non-stop, except to take some time to eat, drink, and bathe, which is very impawtant. As I say in my book of great wisdom, Daily Yoga For a Happy and Healthy Cat, "Keeping the body clean inside and outside is an important part of a yogic lifestyle."

I am very happy to be back so that I can share my yogicat wisdom with all! Me-Ommmmm!
