Back From My Yoga Retreat!

Me-Ommmmm! I'm back from my intensive yoga retreat! It was very challenging. I practiced nearly non-stop, except to take some time to eat, drink, and bathe, which is very impawtant. As I say in my book of great wisdom, Daily Yoga For a Happy and Healthy Cat, "Keeping the body clean inside and outside is an important part of a yogic lifestyle."

I am very happy to be back so that I can share my yogicat wisdom with all! Me-Ommmmm!

Me prepping one of the puppy beds to practice yoga on.

Brother Apollo trying to sleep while I was practicing yoga. Here I am doing Parsvashavasana, side corpse pose.
Me teaching brother Ku Parsvashavasana. He was kind enough to give me plenty of space on the puppy bed.

    1. I will be over soon! Thanks for coming by! Oh, and my bropup and sispup do upward and downward doggies every morning. They are Yogibears (their names mean Bear), but the doggie poses are not the most essential poses. They did not even make it into my book! :-) Me-Ommmmm
