World Animal Day!

glad my Mama took me home!
Today is the Feast of Saint Francis, the patron saint of animals and nature, and it is World Animal Day! Me-Ommmmm! Let's all send loving prayers and meditations to all animals, in nature, in homes, and especially to those in shelters and the homeless ones who need love and healing!

 You can also help support animal rescue and welfare with the proceeds from my book: Daily Yoga for a Happy and Healthy Cat, or Brofur Ku's book: Kuruk, The Little Bear that Could, One Rescue Pup's Journey of Healing. Me-Ommmm

    We didn't realize that today was World Animal Day until well into the afternoon. But in our house, every day is World Animal Day.
